2021 Dodgy Bros ‘Sellicks Foothills’ Shiraz: Normal processing on this one: old oak, crushed and destemmed, etc. Aromatics on this one are pretty crazy – very happy with how this has turned out. Very solid value drinking. From the Whites Valley and Dry Creek vineyards in the Sellicks Foothills sub region of McLaren Vale. Delivers all the hallmarks of McLaren Vale Shiraz; juicy, concentrated, fruit driven and delicious.
